These terms govern your use of the SkiedMood iOS app. SkiedMood is a journal you keep on your own device; there is no account and no service of ours behind it.

Acceptance

By downloading or using SkiedMood you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

License

SkiedMood grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, redistribute or resell it, or extract its artwork, typefaces, illustrations or written content for use elsewhere.

Your journal is yours

Everything you write in SkiedMood belongs to you. We claim no rights over it, and we never receive a copy of it — it is stored on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Because your entries exist only on your device, keeping them is up to you. If you delete the app, reset your device, or lose it, your journal goes with it. SkiedMood offers an export so you can keep your own copy; we cannot recover an entry for you.

What the app is not

SkiedMood is a lifestyle journal. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool, a clinical assessment, or a health-monitoring service, and it does not provide medical or psychological advice. Its Insights only summarise entries you wrote yourself and are meant for reflection, nothing more. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional or your local support service.

Advertising

SkiedMood is free and is funded by third-party advertising. We do not select, write, or endorse the ads you see — they are chosen by the ad networks listed in the Privacy Policy. Tapping an ad takes you out of SkiedMood and onto a third party's website or App Store page, where their terms and privacy policy apply, not ours. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them.

Do not attempt to interfere with ad delivery, generate artificial ad impressions or clicks, or otherwise manipulate the advertising in the app.

User conduct

Do not tamper with the app's stored data to make it behave in ways it was not designed for, and do not use the app in a way that breaks applicable law.

Disclaimer

SkiedMood is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or future version of iOS.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of journal entries.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The "Last updated" date above will change when they do, and continuing to use SkiedMood after an update means you accept the revised terms.
